Those LEAF don't have a portuguese license plate. Were they really bought here in Portugal?

I don't think it will be possible.

There is a rule in the Nissan reservation policy that forbidds the transfer of that reservation between two different entities (I remember this one).
Furthermore, I don't think they will let you make the reservation, unless you live in Portugal.

BTW, I know there are different conditions for companies but cannot tell you exactly what they are, I'm affraid...

I think the only chance to buy a LEAF in Portugal is to buy a used (almost new) one, but even that will be hard...

Yes, those Leafs were definitily bought in Portugal, the Leaf isn't availible in Germany yet.

How many cars have been delivered in Portugal so far?

Maybe there are owners that would sell if the price is right. I'm willing to pay a premium.

Yes, I meant in a sense that, in a few months, the price can be lower just by buying in Germany.

Nobody knows when the Leaf will be available in Germany, my guess is 2012 but who knows...
